Thank you for your feedback, and I'm pleased to hear that your relationships with your co-workers was positive. It is unfortunate that others don't see how rewarding this work can be, which leads to people not wanting to serve seniors, therefore pursue other lines of work, which then complicates our ability to attract staff into this work area. Fortunately in MN, the legislature has realized that reimbursement and paying staff is critical and have taken steps to increase wages. It is great that the legislators have understand that we want to continue to provide high quality care and need to make sure there are some financial resources going to the employees.
