Very rewarding to see how dedicated our employees are in their desire to provided personalized care and services to seniors. Our managers and employees work together and have a Can-Do attitude even when the challenges are great, and there isn't enough time in a day to get everything accomplished. So rewarding to see resident's smiles, and the connections to the community.

Cons

We are faced with obstacles in reimbursement and cultural attitudes of people in our communities that "nursing homes" are not the desired place of care. We need more employees and community members and legislators to support our efforts as we provide our mission focused services.
