Pros

Many of the departments have great people in them and do great work for the field.

Cons

Management from the top down is extremely secretive and often makes decisions that appear to only benefit leadership while harming workers. The focus on spirituality goes against their actions.

Strong history of being mission driven Nice facility. New building and upgrades/renovation in 2015-2016 Cafeteria on site Casual environment in terms of dress Some depts offer flexible scheduling Recent improvements to benefits package, although it still lags behind in some areas

Cons

Lack of strong leadership. Little or no accountability. Lack of any sort of coherent strategy to navigate an increasingly complex reimbursement landscape Poor communication between leadership and employees; no transparency Lack of trust and respect throughout the organization and at every level Fear based culture
