most coworkers were amazing, nice newly remodeled building, flexible scheduling

Cons

a LOT of work for the compensation provided; work that was never done by previous staff leads to new staff having to handle it and causes a stressful situation; management doesn't always know what they are doing and were therefor not always helpful. company seems to be going in the wrong direction

Pros

The people at my location are amazing! Super supportive, loving to the residents, truly care about wellbeing. They offer scholarships, earn as you work tuition payments and loan repayment.

Cons

The people at Headquarters are detached from the front lines. The nursing homes drive revenue, yet the best perks go to national campus. National office puts policies in place with out considering how it affects the frontline people that have to implement said policies.
