Cons
Many folks speak out about GoodRx being mission-oriented, which their original business idea around prescription coupons does help a lot of Americans and is extremely valuable. The issue is... that's it. Leadership is not customer-focused. They are basing their business decisions on whatever they come up with and that changes monthly, hence the numerous re-orgs. Instead, they should be understanding customer needs and creating solutions to those problems. This isn't a place where your opinions and ideas are valued. This is a place where you just do whatever leadership wants. It's extremely top-down. Also, work does not need to be this chaotic. It doesn't need to overwhelm you and stress you out. Work can be a good place for you to just do good work and also live your life outside of it. I felt extremely overwhelmed by the constant shuffling of the company and the decisions that the leadership team was making. Pay really isn't that competitive either.
