      Pros

      A handful of gems made my time there, but the stock price says it all.. GDRX has been going nowhere for a long time.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, constant re-orgs, frequent layoffs, lack of direction. There's no saving this company.

      The company does a great job of hiring individual contributors who are kind, well-meaning, and very effective.

      Cons

      The company does not have guidelines for leadership, and will empower anyone willing to say yes to their respective chain of command, regardless of impact to the team, company, or customer.

      Great benefits and mostly great coworkers. Very flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      Management is unable to focus on any one effort nor are they aligned on priorities across groups. Feels like they are falling behind in the new world of AI too.
