• Elite and caring management team • Great business model aligned with a wonderful mission • Rare opportunity to join a hypergrowth company Although it's been a lot of long hours the past year, I do strongly look forward to coming to work daily because it's such an amazing feeling to see how our teams, processes, and products continue to get better.

Cons

• Joining a company in the late-stage scaling phase will mean a lot of changes over the next several years - embrace the ride!

Cons

leadership doesn't have a clue what they're doing. most recently tried centering their entire business strategy around appeasing the trump administration and its base (gimmicky cowboy ads, trumprx). completely backfired and stock is in the toilet after a major layoff no one wants to talk about.
