Pros
Company is super mission-driven and strives to do the right thing for our customers and employees. That’s my #1, My team is tight-knit, and I love the support I get from them. I feel like my boss/leadership in general has my back. When I collaborate with other teams, they are smart and capable and open to ideas. The CEOs are very transparent with us about what the Board is discussing, where the company is going. Even with healthcare policy being a question mark at times, I see us diversifying our offerings; I have confidence there’s a place for GoodRx even in a M4A world. Lots of food, snacks, coffee, happy hours :) All optional but a nice benefit and makes coming to the office fun.
Cons
Workload ebbs and flows, I find about 1 out of every 4 weeks are long hours. But generally a decent work-life balance.
