      I saw plenty of managers here, many good employees left, now we have: Toxic & stressful environment Unprofessional management, micromanagement bad WLB High turnover Very limited career grow, performance reviews - joke 10 manager for 2 engineers Compensation wise, below market

      My small team was amazing, had a great boss and were and isolated from the bureaucracy and narcissistic founders

      Cons

      The founders. Was evident early on that they cared more about money that their employees and passion for being of service. Could see right through them day 1.
