Pros

Awesome mission helping people get the medications they need in our messed up health care landscape. Passionate people depending on your org with a lot of challenges to overcome. Very experiment driven.

Cons

Overly complicated product and years of start up mentality mean organization and tech debt are immense. Most of the senior leadership is focused more on marketing and business connections rather than the nuts and bolts of what makes the site work.
