      Pros

      Flexible, hybrid work environment, sweet office space, free lunch, laid-back company culture with good perks, and a company mission that aims to help people afford their healthcare costs. Overall, I have really appreciated working for GoodRx the past 3 years.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like leadership is trying to do too much at once, frequent reorgs, a very middle-management heavy org structure, and the occasional unexpected RIF.
