Pros

Cool office space, nice colleagues, good food!

Cons

Middle management is not the best, “family culture” gives a false sense of security. Typical corporate environment, though.

Pros

Very good work life balance, stock options, snacks in the office, free lunch. Some friendly coworkers (my team is amazing). If you're looking for a job that pays the bills and not worry about growth this is for you.

Cons

The politics and the lack of vision. I can feel it all the way at the specialist level. There is a reorg every quarter, which means everyone's jobs change completely every 3 months and all the projects you start on have to get dropped. Therefore nothing happens. Within starting my role it changed multiple times in 6 months... There is SO much drama. Teams are fighting non stop. Creative teams refuse to do work because they are sensitive about feedback even if you are polite. You can tell teams hate each other. It wakes 1-3 months to get 1 marketing material done whereas other companies I worked it took 2 weeks MAX. In the 4+ years I've been working I've never seen this. So disorganized you will get almost most nothing done because there is so much fighting. Due to that, very little growth for the company and some roles. How can you get promoted if you have to drop your projects every 3 months and leave them unfinished? Perks have gone down so the company can save... CEO seems unbothered by the health. They throw away $$ on onsites you don't need.
