      Pros

      They had great benefits and perks. And I really enjoyed the culture at first. It felt very employee first type company.

      Cons

      Lots of changes rapidly. Changes immediately occurred 3 weeks after I hired. Layoffs, perks got removed and the culture clearly took a big hit. Untrustworthy leadership considering they would have town halls but they would say one thing and then by email it was something else. For example, reducing tuition assistance from $5000 to $750 with only a month’a notice?? Another example was when they said no more layoffs and shortly after there was another round.
