Pros

GoodRx is an excellent company to work for! Since joining the company (Feb. 2017) the company has grown in an impressive and rapid fashion (and continues to grow)! During my time here, I have had the pleasure of being surrounded by extremely talented and caring people who work hard to better our product, educate our clients, and create exciting new ideas so that we can continue to have sustainable growth. Not to mention, the culture at GoodRx is incredibly professional, positive and fun! I am happy to say that the dreadful feeling of Monday mornings are now a thing of the past. I've found that GoodRx encourages your entrepreneurial spirit and truly values your suggestions. This has not only opened up many opportunities for me within my department but for potential opportunities in other departments as well. I have genuine appreciation for the mission of this company to help patients save the most on their prescriptions! I fully stand behind this brand and I am proud to be an employee of their company.

Cons

I do not have any at this time!

Pros

Nice and helpful company mission

Cons

Used to be a great company to work for. Not really a startup anymore. Now, you’d be better off working for Google or Snap, better comp and equity.

First, let's just be clear - we read these reviews. We read all of them. Because it's one way for us to get to know what's really going on at our company. We'll take feedback in any form, and while I have my issues with Glassdoor, any chance to improve is something we'll jump on. Still, this anonymous review makes me a bit sad. I don't know who you are, but I'll beg this of you - come over to my desk and let's hang out. Talk to me and let me know how we're sucking. I spend most of my waking hours trying to make sure we remain awesome and startup-y. Really. I'm lucky enough to have a co-CEO who's amazing at running the business while I focus on you. Yes, you. I'm wildly insecure, and I feel a huge amount of pressure to make the 8ish hours you give to us every day as good as they can be. I'm constantly flattered that you've given us your time, and we take great pains to make sure we're compensating people not just fairly, but generously. If we're not, let's talk. I want to help, but, sadly, I can't read minds. Yet. I'll work on that. Sorry for the jumble of thoughts. If you take one thing away from this, let it be this - don't give up on us. We want to remain that great company you mention. Help us get there?

Flexible schedule, feel good because the card does a really good job at helping people save money on their prescriptions.

Cons

There is a point of diminishing returns in regards to mileage.
