Pros

This company is amazing. The founders & HR have gone above and beyond to make this company thriving, happy, and just plain awesome. Everyone gets along, no drama here. Benefits and compensation are great and so is the work-life balance. I consider myself extremely lucky to work here.

Cons

Too many snacks! There is really nothing bad I can say about GoodRx.

Pros

Growing company, but doesn't settle for lesser talent. Every department is filled some of the best in the industry. Open door policy w/ CEOs leads to upper management also making themselves available and eager to provide guidance and advice. Attitudes are checked at the door, no room here for drama.

Cons

No profit-sharing program! With all the effort put into creating this amazing product, GoodRx needs to catch up with the rest of the industry and offer employees a slice of the pie.

Pros

Most managers are nice and understand people need work life balance. Work here if you have kids or plan to have kids. Hours are not long and you can work remotely. Managers are supportive of that.

Cons

Priorities are confusing and change constantly. Managers do bad job of communicating. Equity is small and HR will not tell you how much your offer is worth. You have to ask around. Don’t come here if you want a lot of skin in the game. A lot of long term employees are thinking about leaving and have left.

Hello again. Can I ask of you to come visit Trevor, myself or HR to discuss? I am very confident we can clear up confusion around priorities - we're not really that big. As for compensation, we take great pains to ensure that everyone is more than fairly treated. We're well aware that it's a competitive marketplace for top talent, and we're willing to do what it takes...but only if you come talk to us. Ball's in your court.
