Pros

- Great company mission, surrounded by really amazing people who genuinely want to help and do good - Everyone who works here is extremely qualified and good at what they do. - Co-CEOs and senior management set a really good tone at the top. They really care about each and every employee - Our new headquarters looks amazing, can't wait to go in more often after the pandemic (there is no pressure to go into the office) - Really good benefits

Cons

- There is unlimited PTO and we are encouraged to utilize it by upper management, but feel like it is hard to find time to take vacation when we are growing so fast and constantly trying to keep up with the expansion.

Pros

Friendly culture, challenging projects, modern technology stacks, smart colleagues, flexible policies and very adequate management. All this aspects creates unique, true spirit inside company. I want to say BIG thank for opportunity work there.

Cons

Unfortunately Cons is always beside Pros, but fortunately there are no much off them. Mostly they wear interim character, and one of them is WLB. WLB is not always there, it does not mean you forced to work long hours, but size of backlog and deadlines indirectly push you. This is because of disproportional grow between teams' size & dispatched projects / initiatives.
