Pros

As a pumper I have a very laid back stress free work environment. sometimes things can go wrong and we have to fix them but we always have support in people within the company. pay is amazing and benefits are great. I love my job with Goodnight as a pumper

Cons

Two weeks on can get old but you get full two weeks off so Its so worth it

2 on 2 off schedule

Cons

After they became Goodnite midstream they lost there soul. Too much micro management ,too many layers of supervision, Fred ran it far better. Just ask anyone who was there when it was 1804 operating.
