Pros
Easygoing work requirements, fast-paced but do-able, kind people work there, great benefits, day shift and night shifts available. Very young to very old. Great last job before or after retirement.
Cons
Coworkers can be gossipy, somewhat hostile, supervisor immature, favorites are personal with supervisors (division between employees), cliquish..etc. Not for the ambitious. Only lower level job movement is offered, mainly customer service, call center and land scaping. There are management preparation classes, but finishing is not a step closer to moving up. Nepotism and favoritism are big issues. It is rare for hardworking people in contract services to move up to better positions. Privacy with disabilities (Abilityone) is also an issue.
