Pros

Great support, lots of partners that genuinely seem to care about their work, ability to work from home, ability to make a healthy income after time

Cons

They overly micro manage, especially for a company that always says you "run your own business". They shove DEI down your throats, and god forbid you have a client that thinks DEI is nonsense, you are not allowed to work with them You better align with their strongly held political views or this is not the company for you

Working from home and making your own schedule is a game-changer. I started 6 years ago next month and never looked back. Quality training, support and simply and great group of professionals to work with at Goodwin.

Cons

Not enough hours in the day to help all the applicants we get find jobs, b but that is a great problem to have in this industry!

I absolutely love owning my own business, working from home when I want and traveling and working from anywhere! The best part though, is helping people during a stressful time of life such as a job change. Great company with awesome culture and superb training program.

Cons

If you aren't self-motivated to drive your own success, this is not the place for you.
