      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity to make money. Poor leadership from mid-management. My area director provided no valuable insight or direction.

I do know the items listed in the Pro section are critical to our long-term success, and we will continue to make the necessary adjustments to the things that have shown up on your list of cons. I received the feedback loud and clear about the pace of change, which is why slowed down in March and moving into Q2. I think you will see a more metered pace the rest of the year.       Cons

      100% commission Minimal face to face time with extended team No benefits Can feel isolated working fully remote
