Outstanding culture of positivity and support

Pros

Goodwin has created a strong culture of teamwork and collegiality in what typically could be a "dog eat dog" environment of recruiting. They offer extensive support, allowing us to be the creators of our own success.

Cons

The only con is more about the line of work vs. the company. We are the owners of our business in a partnership with Goodwin. As such, 100% commission is risky and only for those who are prepared to invest the time and effort to be successful.

- Opportunity to build your own business (with client and candidate sourcing) and work as hard as you need to earn what you want - Great onboarding training and continuous support and engagement from the corporate support team - Access to great tools that minimize the non-value added work (Salesforce, LI Recruiter, etc.) - Commitment to maintaining brand standards and providing continuous, clear, transparent communication to clients and candidates (as a former candidate, this is something that resonated the most with me) - Work from anywhere and flexibility to make your own hours - Collaborative team; overall a great group of people that celebrate each other's success

Cons

- 100% commission; you have to work hard, build your pipeline and keep on it or you will not be successful.

Pay was decent but management had no direction and are only concerned with their bottom line.

Cons

this is a business after all, they truly don't care about their clients and are more worried about their portfolio than actually helping people.
