      Pros

      Unlimited income potential, flexible work schedule, incredible peer support system.

      Cons

      Super competitive to get qualified candidates-- you have to LIVE on your laptop to catch the good ones in time. Fall-Offs-- people that quit their new jobs, regardless of how well you have done your job. They happen, but a total damper when weeks of work result in no pay. No group benefits, total 1099 job. However, successful partners are able to purchase their own because they make a great paycheck consistently.

      Really great extensive support You have the ability to be the creator of your own success The sky’s the limit when it comes to earning potential

      Cons

      It’s 100% commission based so you have to be a self- starter and motivate yourself every day. If not, this is not for you.

      Pros

      Goodwin Recruiting is a company with unwavering integrity, AMAZING training, and continuous support. There are few opportunities for a person with an entirely "operations" background to parlay their skills into a work-from-home administrative role successfully.

      Cons

      100% Commission-based pay is not for the faint of heart! There are huge ups and huge downs from an emotional and financial perspective. In order to be successful, just like any other high-return job, it takes a lot of time, resilience, and self-motivation.
