Pros

Working with Goodwin Recruiting has been one of the best decisions that I have made in my career. I love it because it gives me the autonomy to have my own business and the support system to back it. The training is phenomenal and you have support whenever you need it. Work from home, unlimited earning potential, great people!

Cons

100% commission is a double-edged sword. If you are self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial mindset, you will thrive. If you need someone to manage and motivate you, you will struggle. There are a lot of ups and downs in recruiting and I feel like getting used to that aspect is a big part of being successful.
