I received the feedback loud and clear about the pace of change, which is why slowed down in March and moving into Q2. I think you will see a more metered pace the rest of the year.       Pros

      Goodwin offers excellent support, Ongoing training, Good communication, Transparency, and an opportunity to create your own success while helping others.

      Cons

      Not too many Cons. It would be nice if they offered $$ support when attending optional offsite meetings. However, as an independent contractor, I am able to write off those expenses.

      Pros

      Excellent company culture – collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented. Uncapped commission – earning potential is high for those willing to put in the effort. Extensive resources & continuous improvements – the company invests in tools, training, and technology to help recruiters succeed. Opportunities for growth – ability to take on additional roles, expand into different industries, and build a strong book of business.

      Cons

      Lengthy ramp-up period – success takes time, and it can take a few months to start seeing significant income. 100% commission-based – no base salary, so income can be unpredictable initially. No benefits – healthcare, retirement plans, and other traditional benefits are not provided to independent contractors
