      Pros

      Goodwin offers great training and support. As a culture, the company truly cares about both clients and candidates.

      Cons

      There is a ramp up period, which is disclosed in the interview process, during which income is delayed (during training and as the individual ramps up their business). To be successful one must remain extremely focused and effective.

      Long term strategy is less than clear but it doesn't affect me in any way.
