Pros

Great quality of life, and company that truly cares about it's people. I left restaurant operations to start a family almost 2 years ago, and am so lucky to come across this position. I get to work from home, and spend every holiday with my family which I have not been able to do for the past 15 years!

Cons

100% commission based, and a slow start. But if you put in the dedication you will exceed your expectations before you know it.

In 35 year in the hospitality business, I have never seen such an outstanding company. They just get it on both sides!

Cons

There are really no cons, other than I wish I had started here 20 years ago!
