Pros

Basically a turnkey business model to launch your own recruiting business for little to no start-up - under an established brand name. They provide extensive training, support, and room for upward mobility. They boast a high company culture and experience for the contracted recruiters - and they really live up to that.

Cons

Not for everyone - you have to be highly self-accountable and financially / mentally ready to RUN a business - not just be an employee.
