      Pros

      The support system to be successful is genuinely there and there is true belief in the core values. This is driven by the founder and senior leadership without the levels of bureaucracy that some companies put up. The best training I have ever had, bar none.

      Cons

      There really aren't any -- although you have to be super focused and self-driven to succeed as you are working for yourself. It takes time to establish one's business but Goodwin is very good at setting up clear expectations in terms of what you should expect.

      Pros

      Earning potential is limitless! Based on how much you put into it. For hard workers, it is a no brainer! The culture is so inclusive. People ROOT for others to succeed. Lastly, our CEO is very approachable and has integrity.

      Cons

      I wish I had taken the plunge years earlier in my career.
