I have been with Goodwin Recruiting for over 4 years now after a 20-year span as a VP of Operations with Applebee's. I could never have made a better decision when I was looking for that second chapter in my career. After 35 years of restaurant operations, I was looking for something that gave me the ability to work from home, determine my own future and challenge me. Goodwin was the absolute perfect move for me. The support I received was world-class in an effort to get my business off the ground and be a success. There was never any pressure to do anything that I was not capable of or did not want to do. Now I support others through training and extensive support for executive and corporate candidate searches. This is a position I can take well into retirement years and still challenge myself on a daily basis. The best business decision I have made in my entire career.
