Make your own success! I have a very entrepreneurial spirit and work very hard to be successful and am SO HAPPY to feel my own success and reap the rewards of all my hard work! The company is very supportive with coaches, trainers, and mentorship, all the other recruiters are very helpful as well. The company works with transparency and integrity, a breath of fresh air in our world and industry, something I am happy to share!

Cons

Pay is all contingent on how hard you work and how successful you are. Hard work = money, not a job for slackers!

I have been with Goodwin for over 4 years and the first thing that jumped out was the Integrity of the leadership team. It is not just a statement that we lead with integrity, it is lived daily! The support and tools available to be successful in this business are at a high level. We have built a team in what is really an every person for themselves type of business. I know I am a bit biased, but feel Goodwin has done this the right way and based on our Forbes rating, I am not alone! Proud

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but if anyone thinks this is easy, it is not! I will follow that with, if you put the necessary effort in and follow the training(which is great) it is very rewarding both personally and professionally
