Even though it is a place for sales-minded professionals, teamwork is highly encouraged! Everyone is extremely supportive and will answer any question you have. They offer great training and a flexible schedule.

Cons

If you are not a highly organized self-starter this job might pose as problematic for you. They are very upfront about the "ramp up" period and how it might affect you as you build the business.

Pros

Excellent quality of life. You have control over your own schedule and your own earnings potential. The more you put into it- the more you will earn! An excellent culture of teamwork and support. Great training start-up and ongoing training opportunities. Excellent communication and leadership from the top down.

Cons

You are accountable to your own earnings. If you are not someone that can hold one's self-accountable, this job may not be a good fit.
