Pros

After ending a 19-year career with a Fortune 10 company, I found the career of my dreams. Everyone is their own business owner, but we are a family of entrepreneurs all looking to contribute something amazing to the world. The way Goodwin cares for its partners, clients, and candidates is nothing short of amazing.

Cons

The only con is the ramp-up period. As a 1099 business owner, you definitely have to have some money to hold you over. But once you get rolling, it's smooth sailing!
