We are, of course, very sorry to hear about your poor experience. However, we are wondering if you meant to review our sister company 360 Intel (Mystery Shop Division) as we don't employ client service managers. Also, our entire team works remotely, so your comment about a "young team made it a fun work environment" doesn't seem to make sense. If this review was completed in error, we would appreciate it deleted as not to affect the wrong company. Either way, we are sorry for your experience and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

- Opportunity to build your own business (with client and candidate sourcing) and work as hard as you need to earn what you want - Great onboarding training and continuous support and engagement from the corporate support team - Access to great tools that minimize the non-value added work (Salesforce, LI Recruiter, etc.) - Commitment to maintaining brand standards and providing continuous, clear, transparent communication to clients and candidates (as a former candidate, this is something that resonated the most with me) - Work from anywhere and flexibility to make your own hours - Collaborative team; overall a great group of people that celebrate each other's success

Cons

- 100% commission; you have to work hard, build your pipeline and keep on it or you will not be successful.
