Supportive leadership – Leadership is approachable and genuinely wants recruiters to succeed. Flexible schedule – The ability to control your hours and workload is a big plus. Collaborative culture – Recruiters are willing to share knowledge, advice, and best practices.

Cons

High level of self-direction required – Success depends heavily on your own discipline and motivation. Ramp-up period can take time – Building a strong client base doesn’t happen overnight. Limited structure for new recruiters – Those who prefer very defined processes may need time to adjust. Income can fluctuate – Like any commission-based role, earnings are not always predictable.
