Awful office environment, pay well below state and national average, no solid directions for the future, Also their mystery shopping product is a scam, avoid this employer at all costs.

Integrity is #1. I have been with Goodwin for a short time and have thourgholy enjoyed the fact that as an entire team, the integrity level is refreshing. We have systems and standards that are followed not because someone is watching, but because it is the right thing to do. The training and support after training are fabulous! People care about your success, not only their own.

Pros

Flexible schedule, team-oriented work atmosphere stand out the most. At Goodwin, you reap what you sow. If you do what's required of you, you'll have no issues working for Goodwin and you'll have a long career with the company.

Cons

Parking in the area can be difficult at times. I know the company is working to gain parking passes in the immediate future for us employees though.
