Phenomenal team. Best in class support from the leadership. Room to work your own business without micro-management

Cons

Long term strategy is less than clear but it doesn't affect me in any way.

Great communication; fantast training to get started, follow up after training well done. Team environment.

Cons

Work environment calls for a lot of sitting - I wasn't used to this after previous roles in operations
