Pros

Google is a great place to work. Flexible working options are available, the offices are amazing (food, coffee, interesting spaces) and there is a focus on wellbeing across the company. Work is interesting and engaging with plenty of opportunity to find challenges and side projects especially in Networking to improve deployment speed and deliver network capacity to the business. Career development is an important aspect of working at Google.

Cons

Very few cons at Google.
