Literally the Worst

Pros

If I could give this 0 stars I would. In theory this is a great job but there are no pros

Cons

There is NO WORK !! When I started I was busy and making really good money and over the last 6 months its just gotten slower to the point of no work at all. To the person who said she got more work because she had quality messages that just isn't true and that review was most likely a fake one from the company . All the stylist complain about having no work and I know personally I get really great feedback from the clients and other stylists. They will literally hire anyone. There are stylists on this app that have the worst grammar ( like you can barely understand them) and clearly no fashion or styling background. There is no interaction from Tailor the company. Stylists always ask why there is no work and they give the same canned response that just says you need to give better quality messages. Its a total waste of time and energy to try to get work on this app.

Not a job

Pros

Fun. Helps you know what’s on trend. Gain experience with customer/client communication. You gain experience chatting while keeping a professional persona. Especially between jobs, it’s good to keep professional conversation flowing.

Cons

This is not really a job. Some of reviews on here are dupes. At first, a few hours gave me around $25. After a while it turned into no messages to respond to. The queue’s algorithm is obviously a mess because it pulls users to message that haven’t responded in months over the ACTUAL MESSAGES that come in. I would see one pop in the queue and the user would have messaged for days without response from the app. I decided to stop when pay was closer to $3 for a few hours of work. It’s just not a job if you’re looking for work.

Pros

It is nice that is remote and the hours are flexible. But that’s about it. Be smart - look elsewhere.

Cons

Pay is so random. You have no way of knowing what your paycheck will be. There are days when you can not earn a dollar because the pod they place you in, is empty. It’s so competitive too. You have to try and snag customers to assist - so it’s this ridiculous game of trying to get a client before someone else does. Management (if you can really call it that) is a complete joke. They are selective in what questions they even answer. The ones that would benefit you or other stylists - they magically do not see. Plus they are rude and short sighted.
