This app is great for side money, and when you have a good amount of customers, it's really simple to interact and put in some hours. I really like working here when there's work to be done

Cons

They switch you into different "pods," and sometimes there are no customers in there for days. It feels like they're trying to block you from making any money, and they will not switch you somewhere else no matter how many times you ask. And the response from the Tailor team is pretty bad. They'll reply to your feedback/questions after a few days, but rarely ever fix anything. They reply to emails just to say they can't do anything for you.

Great benefits, great projects, lots of perks, great internal mobility. Awesome health insurance, 401k. For a software engineer, the choice of project team can be mind-boggling and excitement & learning can be had in every corner of the company.

Cons

Starting to get crowded at the mid to senior levels and more bureaucratic. Management quality can be spotty as management training has not kept pace with rapid hiring, so your experience with your manager can vary.
