Cons

Google is a very large organization now and has all the issues related to it - including slower growth for employees and politics/turf building.

Great attention to employee needs and happyness. Work with best and the brightest. Very positive attitude at work, openness and all voices count when it comes to company prosperity.

Cons

The organizations grow very fast, lots of unnecessary mid-management, who waist peoples presios time , just to justify their salaries.
