      Pros

      Everyone I work with is willing to help when you when you need it, give you advice, support, and overall super friendly. The company provides you with a ton of resources, benefits, and I have heard many stories of them helping employees beyond what normal companies would do in special circumstances that shows how much they value you. It is a very transparent workplace that offers employees the ability to speak up and voice their opinions

      Cons

      They encourage you to do 20% projects but really what that means is do 120% work because you still need to get all of your regular work done and it feels like if you aren't doing 120% then you won't move up anytime soon.

      If the job wasn’t a total scam, you could work whenever you wanted to. You don’t have to have any talent or experience styling. A kindergartener can do this “job”

      Just don’t bother. You’re basically searching online for clothes for bratty teen girls.

      Cons

      There is no longer any work. If you think you have a chance to make income guess again. It was good at first but then this job post has been up forever and they hired too many people. There is never a queue of clients to pick from. No money to make. There used to be but they keep this job posted and keep hiring and now there is no work. The queue is forever empty.
