Pros

Good coworkers, great perks and benefits, amazing pay, and an amazing collaborative work environment with brilliant people.

Cons

Upper management tends to be boneheaded and does things against the wishes of employees, and seems to be increasingly losing any sense of ethics. Somewhat inflexible with policies sometimes.
