Pros

It's a great place to be from employee perspective and investment. One of the best really. Food all day - 3 meals+. Dedicated welness floor / area in each office (gym, massages, gaircuts etc). You can move to another team / role / product / country every 1-2 years. Very hard to get fired and NOT get good salary updates, you really need to be an idiot to not succeed.

Cons

It's a MEGA corporate, you need to understand the limits and play along. If you do that - it's really benefitial.

I love working in the google as ux designer the environment it provides it is just too good . And yeah the package is awosome though

Cons

There is no such downsides of it but i think one of would be not able to switch to another company as here i google they made to addicted to your role . As per my view it is not such a downside to it
