Pros

3 meals a day and snacks for free; onsite massage, health care, fitness centers, etc . Health care coverage benefits are great (although continually getting more expensive). Creative & collaborative work environment.

Cons

Experiences can vary widely, it depends a lot on your manager. I've had incredible and awful managers. Long hours.
