Micromanaging as if you're 12, cold calling random clients, not flexible hours. Seek kids fresh out of college just to be stuck in a contract that you would cost you $4,000 to get out of (sign on bonus) unless you stay a full year. Steven Hathoot picks favorites and has completely different expectations based on whether or not you're one of them. You will get "let go" with little to no explanation if you don't make them as much money as they want you to. Excessively strict on making you take PTO for things like doctors appointments, car problems, working from home, etc. You are there to make very little money yourself while making the company a ton.
