Pros

Corporate atmosphere seemed focused on sells/production. Leadership does provide an extensive training program to prepare both agency and corporate reps for success.

Cons

For agency reps, the commission structure is not clearly defined and it's difficult to calculate what you get paid from check to check.

I get to work from for an awesome agent principal

Cons

I fon't wokr in the call center. Goosehead will hold your commissions, including agency fees, if there are any outstanding signatures for apps, As an agent we pay Goosehead 20 percent for service. But i find myself having to take care of my own service issues. I have 3 big mortgage accounts that are very demanding and fast paced. We don't have time to chase down signatures.

Thank you for the feedback. Like any sales organization, part of our sales process is done over the phone. However, our Account Executives are encouraged to get out in the community at least 3 times a week to build a professional network and generate leads. In-person contact is a key component of the sales process and we would never expect our Account Executives to rely solely on phone calls to drive business.
