Thank you for the advice on training. We are always looking to improve the ramp up process for our team. We have recently added more resources to our training program, resulting in nearly 100% success rate of corporate team members in the training process.

Cons

Hard to grow a network with referral partners when you have franchises all over the metroplex that are going into the same businesses as you. Very frustrating especially when sales goals increase month after month and you have your own employees crossing your business.
