Hi growth, both organically and through M&A. Staff Management still approachable and seem to value a culture of inclusion with a small-company feel. Sharp people from culturally and professionally diverse backgrounds. Empowered mid-level managers and employees. Everyone can make a difference and has an opportunity to shine. Runway to perform and develop professionally, with plenty of brilliant people to learn from, if you're willing. Still brings everyone together, from all corners of the country, to interact, learn, and celebrate accomplishments each year.
Cons
Reading negative reviews about your employer by people who likely did not pull their weight by either: not fitting in culturally, or not performing on-level with the rest of the team. Most people go to work and complain about the slackers around them impacting morale. Those people stick out like a sore thumb at Gordian and tend not to last long. I've personally never seen anyone shown the door who wasn't given plenty of attention and coaching before exiting.
