      Good pay if you want to sacrifice your home life and health

      Cons

      They do not care about their employees at all. Wanted employees to work 15 hour shifts. Would then write them up if they were 5 minutes late the following shift.

      The values of the company are insane, really good. They really seems to care about their employees and their feelings toward the business

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement from the staff on site. Lack of communication. Once a guy was able to get a week off by asking each supervisor for a single day off. That's how bad they communicate with each other. The foreign employees there don't speak french nor english for the most part, and never bothered to learn either since their 3-5 years they've been there so it creates a lots of problems from the lack of cooperation from them. Not enough equipment or the equipment is always broken.
