      Pros

      I am employed at the moment. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      They pay very bad for how physical the work is. They are very hard on there people. Almost all selectors are getting state help in some way because the wage is so bad for the area. Most of us are ready to leave and are just waiting for the economy to turn around. Now we know why this place is so profitable. Pay nothing and work your people to the bone.Hardest phsical job ever. Always taking pain meds. They dont care a bit. Bought florida buildingg and gave anual raise of 10 to 15 cents on top of an already terrible raise. Thanks ,I guess hard work does pay off...

      Pros

      Great benefits including discounts on food products. Good for gaining experience and work ethic, they will literally work you to the bone.

      Cons

      Very "gung-ho" almost cult-like work culture. Everyone seems to walk around with a vacant smile on their face, i would liken it to Valley of the Dolls. Pay was brutal and promotions were non-existant. For some damn reason everyone stuck around to retirement......maybe they were brainwashed????

      Pros

      Flexible Schedules rewards for secret shop and or reconition

      Cons

      Pays exactly minimum wage after several years with the company (not a personal performance issue) They try to trick you into believeing a small bonus a few times year means you make more then minimum wage, When in reality you should have been making that money anyway in your paycheck. Lowest paying store in the area, even walmart pays more then minimum wage.
